Meet Your Home Inspector

littlejoeMy passion for residential homes began long before becoming a home inspector. As a child I often spent time on job sites with my father who was a home builder. I learned how homes are built, how they work as a system and how building techniques have evolved over the years. I built my own house in 1983 – laying every block, pounding every nail, installing plumbing and HVAC systems as well as the various finishing details. This taught me not only how important It is that homes are built properly, but that with proper maintenance they can bring joy and comfort for many years. That home served me well for 32 years. Houses can talk to you if you know how to listen.
